My Transformation Story 

Hi, my name is Julia. Single Mom of a two beautiful boys.

I just recently found a way to get my old self back…

Back in my 20s and 30s it was so easy.

I used to

Have energy that lasted all day

I was expecting my doctor to accuse me of being lazy and not taking care of myself, but instead, he explained that he now had a deeper understanding of why women find it hard to shed excess weight.

"It's a bit unconventional" he said. "But it really does have substantial scientific evidence to support it, and I have seen results in the women that I have told this to".

I was not ready for what came next...

I am able to fit into clothes that I used to wear when I was 30.
